    At the Law Office of Derk A. Wadas, I have been practicing criminal law exclusively since 1998, first as a prosecutor and now as an attorney representing citizens accused of crimes.  In 2005 I founded The Law Office of Derk A.     As a prosecutor from 1999 to 2005, I tried over seventy five cases to a jury and handled hundreds more succesfully.  It is very important to me to remain at the forefront of the developing law and defenses in my field.  Below I have listed just some of the continuing education courses I have taken recently.  Many, though not all, deal specifically with the defense of DWI and Intoxication related offenses.
