    An occupational license is a restricted license issued to person whose license has been suspended or revoked.  An occupational license will allow a person whose license is supended or revoked to operate a motor vehicle  in connection with that person's job, for educational purposes or for essential household duties.  An occupational license may authorize operation of a motor vehicle for up to twelve hours a day, six days of week.
